Natural Defined

What does natural mean to Jenette?

There seems to be a lot of confusion around the terms clean, natural and green so we thought it would be helpful to define what we consider to be natural and why this is SO important to us.

Let’s start with the list of the things we NEVER put in our products: fillers of any kind:  gluten, soy, nuts, parabens, PEG's, petroleum, sulfates, glycols, silicone, synthetics or anything that has not originated from Mother Earth AND has been grown in an ethical manner.

This means that our products are truly 100% natural, from our earth!  Beyond that, our team is deeply dedicated to sourcing ingredients that are grown in soil without pesticides and chemicals that could be absorbed, even in the tiniest amounts into our source ingredients, that could be absorbed by your skin. Not one of our products has been formulated by a lab, in fact over a decade of research and testing (on humans, never our furry friends!) has been performed in house to seek out the highest quality ingredients and growers who share our philosophy of what natural really means.

We're deeply conscious about what your products are stored in. Products made and filled in plastic and certain metals can absorb toxic materials and ultimately be absorbed into your skin.   You will find all of our products in glass for that very reason, with as minimal use of man-made materials as possible. You will be happy to know that even our soap box was created from post consumer waste, our green tea soap wrapped in plant paper; always continuing our efforts to have a minimal impact on our environment and support the reduction of our, and your, carbon footprint.

If you have any concerns, questions or suggestions about our ingredients, products or packaging, we welcome you to contact us.
