Earning points through Ritual Rewards is simple. You can earn points for a variety of actions from following us on social media to writing a review. You will also receive one point for every dollar spent with us. (See above Tabs for details.)
To view your Ritual Rewards points, log into your account by using the “Login” link the upper right of the main menu. Once logged-in you can press on the Ritual Rewards widget on the bottom right of our site to see your points balance.
To redeem your points, please log in to your account, add your products to your cart and then press on the Ritual Rewards widget on the bottom right of our site to see what rewards/discounts you have earned and can apply.
Unfortunately you can’t use both points and a promo code in the same transaction.
We know that not all products work out all the time. If you return an item, the points you earned with that purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
While we don’t limit how many points you can earn, we do limit the size of the redeemable points to 2000 for 20% off your purchase.
