Please note we typically ship out 24 - 48 hours after you place your order, depending upon time of day and day of the week you placed your order. This is due to the fact that we are a small team and our time is limited. We do our best to ship within 24hrs of receiving your order if selecting a priority shipping method. If shipping internationally we HIGHLY recommend shipping through our DHL shipping option as they are more equip to handle (and more importantly track ) international orders.

We know you’ll love our products as much as we do… that’s one reason why our current return rate is so low. We want to make sure that you’re 100% happy with our products and your purchasing experience.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just return your products within 14 days of delivery date and we’ll issue a full refund for UNOPEN/UNUSED products and a partial refund for USED products. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of delivery date are not eligible for any refunds.
