New Year, New Skin, New You

If you, like many others, have made a resolution to lead a more sustainable and natural life this year, than why not take a more serious look at your skincare? You probably spend a lot of time thinking about what you eat and put into your body, so let's focus for a moment on what you put ON your skin and body.

The skin acts like an organ and sponge in that it digests what we put on it. Think of a pain relief patch for instance. Unwanted chemicals can enter your body through your skin, mess with your immune system and disturb your hormonal balance. Toxins can even get deposited in your tissues before your liver has a chance to break down and detoxify them.

The first step in detoxifying your skin care is to look at the ingredients your current products have and to learn what kind of ingredients you should avoid.

Here are most problematic ingredients to look out for:

Fillers
Alcohols
Gluten
Glycols
Parabens
PEGs
Petroleum
Sulfates
Silicone
Synthetics (even safe ones!)

In short, anything that has not originated from Mother Earth AND has been grown in an ethical manner.

Natural, defined

Our products are 100% plant powered, from the earth, and vegan. The goal of our products is to achieve ultimate balance:  calm, clear and bright skin.  All of our products are organically made in house with naturally based ingredients, never tested on animals.

Some of our all-star ingredients are:

PROBIOTICS: A.K.A. LEUCIDAL LIQUID

Is expelled through a fermentation process of radish root. This lactobicillai is extremely anti-bacterial and prevents the skin from future breakouts. This unique ingredient naturally preserves the efficacy of the product, preventing microbial contamination. Praised for its anti-bacterial properties, recent studies have shown that it is also effective in killing cancer cells and radiation damage from entering the dermis. OIL SOLUBLE VITAMIN C (TETRAHEXYLDECYL ASCORBATE)

This medical grade, lipid soluble Vitamin C moves easily into the dermis layer, not only taking away environmental stress and sun damage off the skin, but also promoting collagen to give a more firm and youthful glow. This Vitamin C also offsets premature aging, pigmentation, improving skin texture, as well as reducing wrinkles and sagging skin.

APPLE STEM CELLS

Rejuvenates aging skin. Brightens, lifts, and tones…preventing wrinkles from setting in. The perfect skin glow can be achieved with apple stem cells being mixed with your own human cells. They help to boost cell production and increase their lifespan, making the aging process slower. As cells are renewed, skin and health are improved. Skin benefits include; inhibiting the melanin production in the skin, lightening of skin complexion, and making the skin feel smoother and moisturized.
